As a Cloud Tester for Centre4 Testing I conduct functional, usability and exploratory testing for a range of clients. I work remotely using my own PC, Tablet and mobile phone. Projects usually require me to conduct test script execution utilising over 5 years of test experience to provide useful feedback on web applications. Through my various projects, I have been able to use my previous experience working across multiple sectors and gained further experience in sectors such as insurance, retail and not for profit organisations.

Working as a Senior Test Analyst on the reconciliation for the ETL on the IT System integration with HBOS and Lloyds Banking Group. Focussed on Banking & Savings, Telephony, Customer and Galaxy Internet Workstreams. Responsible for qualitative and quantitative checks on data integrity data for Telephony & Internet Service channels using IDEA Data Analysis tools.
Resourced and scheduled test phases for ST,SIT,UAT & CBT for the migration ensuring full requirements coverage and test execution. This included multiple workstreams at different phases of the SDLC. Test scripting and execution with subsequent reports carried out in HP Quality Centre (9.2) with defect management and defect reporting to senior business stakeholder. Responsible for the production of test plans, test strategy, end of test reports and daily/weekly status reports for senior stakeholder.
Mentoring of business colleagues who were new to testing and introduced them to relevant testing concepts and explained and showed them how to translate complex business requirements into detailed test scripts and documentation
Key role in assuring work of other test teams via stringent Quality Gates which resulted in end to end assurance of Telephony, Internet and Customer (CIS/OCIS) workstreams.
During implementation and dress rehearsal data analysis of trends on real time basis to review any incidents that impacted the migration and ETL and the subsequent downstream affect on the Bank and the customer

Projects included the UAT & SIT of new Media Server for vehicle appraisal, UAT for new Loyalty Card scheme and System Testing & UAT on AS400 and bespoke CRM systems for Database Cleanse.
